Nihda LLC (“Nihda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Information when you visit or interact with the ISOLAH Digital Working Instruction website and related services, including demo requests, contact forms, communications, and the digital working instruction platform available through https://workinginstruction.isolah.com/.

For customer-controlled platform data, such as employee operator records, production timing, quality records, issue reports, BOM confirmations, ECN workflows, and on-site installation feedback entered by a customer organization, Nihda LLC may act as a service provider or processor on behalf of that customer. In those cases, the customer is generally responsible for determining how the data is used, and individual requests may need to be directed to the customer organization first.

This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate customer agreement, data processing agreement, cookie notice, employment privacy notice, or other written agreement between Nihda LLC and a customer or partner.

3. Personal Information We May Collect

We may collect the following categories of Personal Information, depending on how you interact with us:

Media and files Photos, videos, drawings, PDFs, screenshots, or other attachments uploaded to the website or platform.

  • To provide, operate, improve, and secure the ISOLAH Digital Working Instruction platform;
  • To demonstrate features such as BOM integration, drawings, videos, ECR intake, ECN revision control, issue reporting, timing records, progress reports, and on-site installation feedback;
  • To create and manage customer accounts, user roles, permissions, and access control;
  • To communicate with customers, prospects, partners, and users about services, updates, training, and support;
  • To review suggestions, reported issues, platform feedback, and improvement requests;
  • To maintain audit trails, revision history, quality records, security logs, and operational records;
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, and technical problems;
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, accounting, tax, and recordkeeping obligations;
  • To analyze website and platform usage and improve usability, performance, security, and customer experience; and

  • The customer organization that provides or manages your account, when you use the platform through an employer or business customer;

  • Business transaction parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar transaction; and

Service providers are expected to process Personal Information only as needed to perform services for us and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Nihda LLC may process and store Personal Information in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate.   • Customer and platform account records: during the customer relationship and for a reasonable period afterward as required for contract, audit, security, legal, and backup purposes;
  • Manufacturing, quality, ECN, issue, timing, testing, and progress records: according to the customer agreement, quality management requirements, legal requirements, and customer retention settings;
  • Security logs and technical records: for a limited period appropriate to security monitoring, troubleshooting, and legal obligations;
  • Erasure or rights request records: as needed to document the request, verification, response, and compliance with applicable law.

When Personal Information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction. If you use ISOLAH through your employer or another customer organization, please direct your privacy request to that organization first where the organization controls the relevant data. We will support customer organizations in responding to valid requests as required by applicable agreements and law.

Some U.S. state privacy laws may provide additional rights to residents of those states. If such laws apply to Nihda LLC, eligible residents may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and information about disclosures, and may opt out of certain types of processing where applicable. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

Nihda LLC does not intend to sell Personal Information. If our practices change or if applicable law defines certain website technologies as a sale or sharing of Personal Information, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism.

When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice as required by law.
